I've had long discussions with my team on the adage known as Parkinson's law: work expands to fill the time available for its completion. Is the capitalist framework within which we work the reason why we bargain with time every day? Time unsettles me sometimes. In the sixth decade of my life, having run a studio for more than two and half decades, I work ten to twelve hours a day. I do not take the time in my hands for granted, as I have a duty to put it to good use. Like Oogway says, Yesterday is history, Tomorrow is a mystery, but Today is a gift. That is why it is called the present.
