Creative Director
The Creative Director is responsible for safeguarding and advancing the creative standards of Lopez.
Working closely with the Founder and leadership team, you will lead multidisciplinary teams, solve complex business and human challenges through design, and ensure that every project reflects the quality, thinking, and integrity that define our work.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who continues to design, mentor, critique, and inspire.
Mid- Level Communication Designer
We are looking for a Mid-Level Graphic Communication Designer, a game-changer who can merge information with fresh, strategic ideas to build authentic brand stories across physical and digital platforms.
You are someone who stays ahead of technological advancements, design and cultural trends, and changing global worldviews. You are enthusiastic about integrating emerging tech (such as AI workflows) with traditional design craft (drawing, typography) to solve complex, wicked problems and accelerate innovation within the firm.
Senior Brand Strategist
We are looking for a senior brand strategist professional, who can help us deliver innovative
strategic directions that benefit our client’s business with measurable results.
The candidate should have thorough knowledge and experience in the methods and application
of tools to deliver an effective programme. Candidates should have experience with both mass
and premium brands as well as FMCG, durables, and service categories.
Experience with digital-first or digitally marketed brands is an advantage that we look forward to.
Mid-level Motion Graphics Designer
We are seeking a talented Mid-level Motion Graphics Designer with 4-5 years of experience to join our design and delivery verticals. Sitting at the intersection of brand identity, digital systems, and spatial experiences, you will translate static design systems into high-impact moving artwork. The ideal candidate has a strong "design-first" mindset, deep narrative sensibilities, and the execution rigor to manage animations from storyboarding to final production rollout.
Content Writer
This role sits at the heart of strategy, storytelling, and design. As our Content Writer, you will craft the verbal identity of brands from tone of voice and taglines to campaign copy and web narratives. You will collaborate with strategists, designers, and clients to bring brands to life not just in what they say, but in how they say it.
Junior Brand Strategist
As a Junior Brand Strategist, you will support the strategy team in developing insight-driven, compelling, and actionable strategies for brands. You’ll work closely with creatives, account managers, and clients to help solve problems, uncover opportunities, and shape narratives that drive results. Technical Design Assistant
We’re looking for a Technical Design Assistant with a background in product or mechanical engineering, who thrives on precision and clarity. UX-UI Designer
We are looking for a UX & UI Designer with up to 2 years of experience to join our team.
You will be responsible for turning ideas and requirements into user-centred designs that are visually appealing, easy to use, and aligned with client goals. From initial wireframing and concept development to high-fidelity mockups and final handoff, you will orchestrate the user experience from ideation to completion. On some projects, you will independently lead the design vision, while on others you will collaborate closely with fellow designers, developers, product managers, and clients.
