Change is hard. Gandhi said Be the change you wish to see in the world. I’m making an ongoing effort to correct my posture. It’s back-breaking, but I’m trying my bit. Do you slouch? Fix it. It's a low-hanging fruit, a small investment in yourself with high leverage. Complaining won't correct it, neither will philosophizing. Just pick yourself up, literally. Discomfort is the price of progress. Own it, breathe through it, and watch your spine straighten, just like your resolve. Bonus points: do it publicly, inspire others to follow. Change starts within, but its impact ripples outward.
