Searching for a shoe online, I was flooded by D2C and marketplace brands: same price points, same claims, same language. High visibility. No difference. I bought nothing and still walked into a physical store.
In today’s marketing ecosystem, brands feel pressured to perform everywhere, all the time. Often, that activity comes without distinction. As brands optimise for channels and tools, they begin to converge: louder, not clearer. Real strength lies in consistently being you; speaking in a voice you can own, building with conviction, and staying grounded in what defines you. Consistency rooted in identity is what earns trust, not algorithms.
