Engineering the future. 

Our 36-page brochure for Punj Lloyd is ambitious and looks to the future, encapsulating the brand’s magnetic persona. The organization was known for taking on challenging tasks and near-impossible construction deadlines: the visual language of the brochure used abstract imagery which complemented this fortitude.

Why design a new company brochure? 

The Punj Lloyd group companies are Punj Lloyd, PL Engineering, and Sembawang E&C. Punj Lloyd provides integrated design, engineering, procurement, construction, and project management services in the energy and infrastructure sectors. 

At that time we were approached, the Punj Lloyd group had undergone a massive rebranding exercise after a phase of acquisition. Unified corporate group identity was required in printed company collaterals. The brief to us was to create a new brochure showcasing the group’s expertise and achievements.

How did we create the engineering giant’s brochure? 

We extracted images from the photo documentation of Punj Lloyd’s existing projects to create a customized graphic language. The composition of photographs across the double-page gave a dynamic feel across pages and projected the group’s vast capacity to make a unique visual statement.

The imagery packed a punch to project Punj Lloyds as a powerhouse by showcasing its vast infrastructure, engineering capacity, and enormity of challenges. Along with the incorporation of strong visuals, the header text in bold on each page drove the Punj Lloyd philosophy such as “Always on the Move” and “Becoming part of the Future.”

The expansive feel combined with the wide-angle shots across the double spread put Punj Lloyd’s achievements in the spotlight and gave its revived branding an uplifting space.
