SPACE BRANDING + ACTIVATION

The Mercer Tree, where every part of the tree symbolically represents the firm’s anchoring values. The Tree of Value sprung from its roots. We rendered the tree trunk as ‘The Tree of Talent’. The branches became Mercer’s areas of specialization as ‘The Tree of Expertise’. ‘The Tree of Success’ was depicted as its fruits. Within the larger picture of nature, miniature graphics illustrate the values in multiple ways.

Stories and tales we hear as children stand us in good stead for the years ahead, fortifying us. Drawing from stories like the Hare and the Lion, our designs established a basic connection with earnest values for all people at Mercer.

Coffee — A powerful stimulant with an awakening aroma, the rejuvenating power of coffee was appropriate for the break out area. The coffee route associated with the discovery and trade of coffee travels through two colourful cities – Istanbul and London. Themes for the breakout areas were created around these two destinations, also locations of key Mercer offices.

The cafeteria wall maps all the 42 countries where Mercer has its offices. It serves as a showcase for the vast and diverse culture of Mercer’s presence around the world. Being a part of such a rich community induces a sense of pride in the employees. Every picture is a conversation starter encouraging cross table exchanges and enriching one’s intellect.
