For 50 years, UNICEF Kinshasa has been dealing with the insecurity of livelihoods, health problems, malnutrition, and the trauma of violence in the highly volatile situation in Congo. UNICEF DRC (Democratic Republic of Congo) has continued funding and resources available, especially for children’s survival and stabilization. Their offices work with rigor, overcoming many impediments towards protecting children’s rights to give them hope and dignity.
