Four wins for Lopez Design

We won three prestigious awards at IBDA, 2021 and a Baby Blue Elephant at Kyoorius.

The Kyoorius Design Awards, which aim to celebrate the best of Indian design, encompassing the fields of architecture, interiors, product design and communication design have brought us yet another accolade. Our studio won a Blue Elephant in the 2021 KDA edition in the Small Workplace Interiors category.

The first in India to recognize design studios for a range of competencies, India’s Best Design Awards draw a vibrant professional community to submit entries. This year, Lopez Design won three awards, topping the charts for India’s Best Brand Design Studio. Over the years, our approach to branding has consolidated strategies to create authentic personas that are true to our client organization. This has let us ratify our people-centric approach, where branding steers organizational ethos and lets stakeholders take ownership. This inclusive methodology of design has led to measurable benefits for our clients.

For PMNCH, we created a compelling brand strategy that merged their advocacy stance with the unity of partnership to speak about the health and rights of women, children and adolescents. We won India’s Best Strategic Design Project for our humanistic branding for PMNCH. Our elegant introduction of the word ‘for’ in the identity led to a fresh and iconic logo with the words ‘PMNCH for’.

Our wayfinding and signage for Godrej Riverhills Central Park won India’s Best Communication Design Project. Part of Godrej’s township on the banks of the Mula river in Pune, Central Park was designed by master planners DADA Architects and landscape designers StudioPod. The signage and wayfinding took the approach of fusing natural expressions with functional needs to create harmonious and appealing designs, which easily synchronize with the environment.
