Design Manager

Location: Gurugram

As a Design Manager, you’ll be at the intersection of creativity and structure, guiding projects from ambiguity to alignment. We’re looking for a strategic thinker & doer who not only understands the creative process but can also lead it through systems, planning, and clear communication.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support strategic planning, timelines, and resource allocation across design projects
  • Set up and manage systems for design documentation and communication
  • Act as the operational anchor for internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Help scale processes that maintain creative integrity and efficiency
  • Assist senior leadership to review & manage QC for design deliverables

Who You Are:

  • A strategic design manager with 0-2 years of experience
  • Familiar with foundational design processes & workflows across domains
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Prior exposure to client-facing work and project leadership is a plus
  • Naturally proactive, collaborative, and process-minded
