I believe we are all born with genius. Design schools nurture creativity, shaping our problem solving capabilities. What are we going to do with this extraordinary superpower we possess? Every year, I address fresh batches of students in design schools. My attempt has consistently been to plant the right seed by challenging their thinking. I encourage them to broaden their horizons and think beyond positions and pay packages. It is easy to join a corporation but how can you push your unique capabilities? Ultimately, will you make yet another UI or cross a different border? What is really worth pursuing?
