Role Overview:
This is a high-ownership role within the Founder’s Office. The individual will drive inbound business development, build structured outreach systems, own marketing execution, and ensure revenue pipeline visibility.
This is not a coordination role. It requires commercial sharpness, operational discipline, and leadership maturity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Revenue Ownership
- Manage all inbound inquiries end-to-end
- Conduct discovery calls and qualify opportunities
- Lead proposal creation for mid-ticket projects
- Collaborate with Founder on high-ticket strategic proposals
- Negotiate commercial terms
- Close deals independently where appropriate
- Maintain structured revenue pipeline tracker
- Drive follow-ups and conversion discipline
2. Founder Outreach & Relationship Management
- Build and manage structured outreach plan for Founder
- Map key contacts across industries
- Plan meetings around travel schedules
- Maintain relationship CRM
- Ensure follow-ups are systematic
3. Marketing Ownership
- Own social media calendar and execution
- Own monthly newsletter strategy and execution
- Coordinate with design team for creatives
- Align content with business growth priorities
- Track engagement and performance metrics
- Ensure marketing supports premium positioning
4. Growth Operations
- Create visibility into revenue forecasts
- Track proposal win/loss insights
- Identify growth opportunities across sectors
- Improve inbound qualification process
- Systemise BD workflows
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 3–5 years experience in business development, consulting, founder’s office, or growth roles
- Is commercially confident and comfortable negotiating
- Has strong written articulation and deck-making skills
- Can operate independently without constant supervision
- Is proactive and anticipates needs
- Has high standards of execution
- Is detail oriented and structured
- Demonstrates leadership maturity
- Understands premium positioning
Bonus:
- Experience working with founders
- Exposure to branding, consulting, design, or strategy firms
- Experience handling institutional clients
What This Role Is Not
- Not an admin assistant
- Not a pure sales cold-calling role
