Position Overview

As a Junior Brand Strategist, you will support the strategy team in developing insight-driven, compelling, and actionable strategies for brands. You’ll work closely with creatives, account managers, and clients to help solve problems, uncover opportunities, and shape narratives that drive results.

This is an ideal role for someone curious, analytical, articulate, and eager to grow in the world of brand, marketing, or communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • 0–2 years of experience in a strategy, planning, research, marketing, or brand-related role (internships included)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Psychology, English honours, Sociology, Design, or a related field. 
    ( Please note this role is not suitable for strategists pursuing sales roles.)

Preferred Skills

  • Strong research and analytical skills-comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative data.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • A keen interest in brands, creativity, culture, and human behaviour.
  • Detail-oriented with good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency tools like Excel, Google Workspace, and primary and secondary research platforms.
  • Exposure to brand planning, advertising, design, or digital strategy.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools, audience insight platforms (e.g., GWI, YouGov), or survey tools.
  • A natural curiosity about people, culture, trends, and how brands connect with audiences.
  • Ability to distil complex information into clear insights and compelling narratives.
  • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from feedback and mentorship.
  • A portfolio or examples of past strategic thinking.
